The mind has a tendency to wander when left to its own devices, which is why being led by an experienced therapist can be so beneficial. Guided meditation can be personalised to help you with specific areas that you would like guidance with and can help with:

- Stress
- Anxiety
- Negative emotions
- Patience and tolerance

I offer online treatments for Guided Meditation. I am based in Mansfield, but this is an online therapy and any person from any country can access this by booking in. I will try my hardest to accommodate with your time-zone.
